Texting while driving will be a Capitol Crime!

Part of, ‘My Master Plan for World Domination’, is too instruct the populace in proper use of their digital-slave devices. Sheep-people must be learned, hence the sacrifice of this little lamb. All must understand we are not messing around when we say where and when to text, and if to text at all.
